Birthday Party - first time visiting here and it was to attend a birthday party. It’s not well organized for parties in my opinion. They hosted 6-8 parties in the same timeframe, plus public attendees. It was just chaos in the gym! The entire place smelled of deep fried grease from their food quart. They stuck the birthday party in two tables on the 2nd floor with a privacy drape between them in the next party. Looks cheap and not professional at all. Plus it was so loud up there that you couldn’t hear or contain the kids. There’s no elevator, so families were carrying strollers and babies up the stairs and the staff couldn’t accommodate the birthday downstairs in the private rooms. To me, there’s an ADA lawsuit waiting to happen.

I brought my daughter and her friends to Big Air on cosmic night (glow night) for her 14th birthday, and they had an absolute blast! Non-stop fun from start to finish there was something for everyone, no matter the age. The atmosphere was energetic and perfect for a birthday celebration. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time at Big Air. Let me start by say everything was neat clean and organized it is a very big place. My grandson went on the harnessed climbing wall, halfway through one of the walkways he got scared and was afraid to move. Xzandria was the person on at that time. She harnessed up, climbed to my grandson and guided my grandson down safely. I was very impressed by her professionalism, and how calm she was in the situation. It’s a fun place to take the children, and I was impressed by the staff.We will be back. Thank you Xzandria.
