Positive reviewers often emphasize the clean, well-maintained environment and the parkโs capability to engage children and families in healthy, exhilarating play. Events such as well-organized birthday parties receive particular mention, contributing to the park's reputation as a comprehensive fun venue. However, some negative reviews focus on the clarity of information regarding specific attractions, such as the "ProZone Performance Trampolines," which was found to be restricted to younger children despite marketing implying broader access. Guests point out the lack of clear signage and conflicting staff information about age restrictions, which led to disappointment for older children who had expected access. In conclusion, while Urban Air maintains strong appeal for families seeking active entertainment and social gatherings, a few issues related to communication and zoning management have room for improvement to optimize visitor satisfaction.

After reading some of the reviews I was gonna change my mind but then I called and spoke with Andrew. He was nice and helpful! Then I got there and Mai, Romaine, Mason and Care-el and Manley were an amazing group of young people. They were kind and helpful and attentive! Now๐ก the man that checked us inโฆ. Not so much. He had an attitude and he was snappy towards my children but I wanted to highlight how much good I experienced versus the one bad apple! Definitely recommend!

There is not enough seating for parents. The cafeteria has people taking up tables meant for eating just for seating. The benches, there isnโt enough around the park. Very uncomfortable for parents while kids have fun. But if Iโm spending money and spending my time there, I expect enough seating for the amount of people you accept.

Obviously, the only reason we come is because the kids want to. It's not a great place for parents. There's never enough seating because people are allowed to set their items down on the tables and booths and walk away instead of getting a locker. So a long with the excessive noise, it's also uncomfortable. Came back for the first time in six months and they've changed their menu. No more chicken fingers for the kids so we were stuck with the pizza which I know is hit or miss. Didn't have sausage as advertised on the menu so talked them into pepperoni. Just like last time we ordered pizza, it's squishy in the middle. Not even edible. So we got fries. They're regular fries now and not waffle which is fine but also came out undercooked. I guess we'll eat before we come next time.

I have been a couple time to this park for birthdays or just to have fun and the kids never get bored to come. I was just here for my daughter birthday and she had a great time and she 14. Is a park for all ages which I like and the food is not expensive. They have a lot of things to do for the kids to enjoy themselves and for you to relax . They also have people watching at all times.
