It was my first time with Big Frog- I was referred by a friend in the industry but needed 3 individual tee shirts. I called and spoke with Michael who had clear instructions and assistance. I was able to email them the images I wanted, dropped off shirts (the kids wanted specific raglan color tees), the proofs were emailed quickly with fast response times (thank you, Marcus) and the shirts were delivered earlier than expected. The team did an AWESOME job. We were in town from Virginia and wanted to get custom team shirts (to tease our boss with an Elmo Fire design). Not only did the team execute the job perfectly but they ALSO did us a solid and had them ready next day before we left town! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was sent to approve and pay through email so that was seamless, and when i got notification through email they were ready the team had everything together by the time i got there!
