I am wondering if this place is a scam. I ordered ciutec alcohol wipes for my pool stick on June 2, 2025. No one has answered the phone which always goes to voicemail. I have left emails which don’t get answered. They certainly got my money from my account so I have to wonder if I have been taken. I would gladly retract this if someone would either send my product or refund my money.

Purchased a cue extension and some Taom chalk. No issue with the extension but the chalk never came. After 3 months and multiple promises of shipping it out, I am sharing this review. Might be a great physical store but for online purchases they clearly don't have their stuff together.
