I brought the bike back in and the same guy who initially helped me pick this bike for myself helped us pick out the right toddler seat, got it ordered, and then personally installed it for us when it came in a couple days later. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They're also super down to earth. Bike Farm is the best. I can't say enough positive things!
