I was recommended Bike Farm by a friend and they have been fantastic! Everyone here is very friendly and ready to help, which is greatly appreciated as someone who doesn’t know a lot about bikes. They were very clear about the cost of repairs and labor before doing any work and they did a great job getting my bike back into working condition. I will definitely continue coming to them for future bike needs.

I had an exceptional experience with their service team. They were incredibly welcoming and professional throughout the process. When they realized they didn’t have the right end cap for my front wheel and fork swap, and with the specialized parts out of stock for three weeks, they went above and beyond. Despite the distance I traveled from Kyle, they provided a solution by using one of their in-house wheels. They also took the extra step to adjust my shock and fork to the correct pressure for my configuration. I highly recommend this shop, and I now understand why it came so highly recommended by others!

I had a great experience buying a bike from Bike Farm years ago and recently needed to add a toddler seat to the bike. I brought the bike back in and the same guy who initially helped me pick this bike for myself helped us pick out the right toddler seat, got it ordered, and then personally installed it for us when it came in a couple days later. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They're also super down to earth. Bike Farm is the best. I can't say enough positive things!

Purchased a $3,000 bike here. After two weeks of light use the seat dropper cable was not functioning. They tuned the bike at purchase, including the seat height. But $270 labor to repair the issue, and being told it was my fault for setting the seat too low (I didn’t set). Not exactly pleased, so much for warranties and workmanship.
