REI has so many bike products, but they're all in the back. Lots of Yakimas and Thule. Not a single bike rack on the floor display. You have to shop online on their website then come and specifically ask for the product. Then they'll go in the back and bring it out. Probably the best shop for car accessories, but their co-op bikes tend to be extra heavy.

The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. They did a nice job on a tune up for me. Although I was missing my derailleur hanger nut after they serviced my bike. I didn’t notice until I got home. Not the end of the world but it did cost me $35 to have Intense bikes send me a new hanger kit with the nut.

Honestly can’t say enough amazing things about how I was treated and the service they provided here. They looked at two of my bikes and only needed to repair one. They explained everything and actually charged me less than quoted. I could recommend bringing your bikes here 100% only place I will go from now on.
