Stopped by yesterday, was able to trade in and get into something way nicer. Romario and crew in the shop got me all set up, was able to break in the new bike on Northshore trail this morning and I wish I would've upgraded sooner. Had an absolute blast, hard tail to full suspension was absolutely magical. The surprise sale and coupons that I wasn't aware of before getting there was a huge bonus, too!

Location isn't too busy during the week, parking is good around the building. Mark was very knowledgeable and courteous, my TREK Verve1 was on sale ad the store had special of $50 credit since it was the first week back to school. Bought a few accessories, kickstand, water bottle holder and both were installed within minutes. Didn't feel rushed and all my questions were answered, overall this was a great experience, and with all the discounts, I got a great bike and came in under budget. I've been cycling daily ever since! Thanks Bike Mart.

Came in for an emergency pair of bike shorts. The only pair in my size was stretched to the point the logo was cracked and coming off the material, with human hair embedded in the pad. I pointed out that they were used and was met with scorn and unprofessionalism. Two reps tried to gaslight me into believing there was no public hair and the item was new. Yucko. Not an awesome experience at this location. We were so put off by the experience and attitude that we returned all our other items to the shelves and found a higher end shop that felt trustworthy.
