I cannot vouch for others, but I absolutely love our new Tao DB-X1 140cc. Not sure if they were expecting brand name quality for such a discounted price? Anyway, I have only owned it less than a week but it's been great. The owner was super friendly and gave me a deal I couldn't walk away from. I do not have the money for the name brand stuff so that's what sent me here. Took a bit the first time to get it cranked but once it got over the initial start, it's been running like a champ. One thing to note, check the inner tubes as they may have been sitting for a while and rotted out. With that being said though, I got such a good deal, I would have felt bad asking them to fix an inner tube. $30 from Summit Racing and (for me) 1.5 hours wrestling with the tire and rim and it's as good as new! I have referred others already and I really highly recommend. If anything changes in the near future, I'll add an update but happy Customer here!

I am a power sports shipper that transport power sports cross country. The customer booked us, he was in contact with the company to make sure the item would be ready. I called myself hours ahead, told the owner who I was, what I was picking up, who it was for and when I was going to be there to pickup. Mind you, this is in a very busy part of Dallas and I am 55 foot long. I get there at the time I told him we would be there, went in and spoke to the same man I spoke to on the phone. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, went through his paperwork and then told us we had to go to Dallas Power Sports. Went to Dallas Power Sports and the man down there didn't know what customer I was talking about. He called the man at the other shop who also said he didn't know who the customer was. I called and spoke to the customer who then called and spoke to the man at My Bikes and parts and he then said that the customer had to be there to sign for the item after telling the customer that the shipper could sign for it. In short, because this guy doesn't know what the hell he is doing, he wasted our time and money, acting like we could pick up the item when I was on the phone with him, instead of telling us that the customer needed to be there to sign for the item. I have never heard of a place that requires someone who purchases online to be there to sign in person.

On 07/15/23 I bought a 125cc Boom Vader motorcycle here at (My Bike & Parts) But I had to pick this up at (Dallas Power sports) Since that time I had to return the motorcycle multiple times due a safety issues. First time: Clutch not engaging Handle wheel lose Lose screws 2nd time: Lose screw came out from vacuum pump by the carburetor causing gasoline spill 3rd time: Dirty line or dirty carburetor causing motorcycle not to accelerate 4th time: Now....Motorcycle it's spilling gas from under the tank by the gasket where all the starter electric wires are located. HAPPENED during the first week of purchase This a safety issue in which I can have an accident or deat is imminent due a fire because the hazard situation. Maria and Q are witnesses on how many time I had to come back due a really bad product with safety issues Dallas Sport Power sells. Im asking for my money back. My intention is NOT to get this fixed. At this point I don't trust Dallas Power Sport mechanics and will refuse any repairs from this dealership. This a matter of safety I may have to get lawyer Involved. AT this point I don't have more options but escalate this to a legal matter for all the negligence. Honestly, I fear for my life because gasoline leaks and can be crossed with a spark and for a matter of seconds this can explode. Im also going to submit complaints trough DMV, BBB, GOOGLE AND EVERY ONLINE SITE. Everyone needs to know Dallas Power Sport product is NOT SAFE. Also when you try to contact support by email they never reply back to you. On 8/28/23 Went Dallas power sport in order to speak with the owner and get my money back...they do not show up. Maria told that owner isn't available when the day before she told me owner will stop by at 6pm Mr Q try to make an effort to get my Chinese motorcycle fixed and its been a week and when called yesterday 9/05/23 They say they still waiting for a part. This a joke! This dealership is a scam. This business needs to be shutdown for negligence and unsafe products they are selling

If I could give negative ratings I would. I purchased my children 3 four wheelers. They all messed up in less than a week. Screws came out, lights went out motor stopped. The owner was said he would send parts. He never did. I called they stop picking phones up. Everything there is junk and made poorly. Stay away! Are you going to actually send this time. If so answer your phone. I've been calling today.
