Rocked up at 8.30am got bikes for 3 hours. $65 inc tax for two and one lock. Not the best bike I ever rode but it was fine and we went all the way round Central Park and was back in 2.5 hours with three photo stops and walks. Close to the park so no extra cycling. Nice guys

Our tour guide led us through the entire park in a 2 hr tour, very kind and informative. Bikes worked good, however someone did have problems with an e-scooter. Otherwise really good place to book tours and rent vehicles for the park.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poorly Maintained Bikes and Rude Management We rented from GO Green Bike Rental (they have several locations), and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. You’re required to pay in full before even seeing or testing the bikes. We rented four e-bikes for two hours. After only 15 minutes of riding, it was clear that one of the bikes wasn’t working properly—its electric assist was much weaker than the others, making it hard to ride and keep up. When we returned to the rental station to report the issue, the staff gave the bike a quick test and insisted it was “fine.” The manager was especially rude and dismissive. Instead of offering any help or solution, he mocked us—saying we “just didn’t want to pedal,” which was absolutely not the case. We were fully capable of riding; the issue was that the electric assist—the main feature we paid for—was clearly malfunctioning compared to the other bikes. He offered no replacement, no partial refund, nothing. Just told us we could continue riding or return everything with no money back, citing a no-refund policy hidden in small print. Throughout the interaction, he was visibly angry, yelling, gesturing aggressively, and speaking to staff in Russian so we couldn’t understand what was being said. It felt like we were being ridiculed rather than helped. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. Between the poorly maintained equipment and the manager’s unprofessional behavior, we cannot recommend GO Green Bike Rental to anyone.

Looking forward for a bike ride around Central Park after nonstop work and got this bike that seemed like it had never been serviced, continuously stripped gears, and treated at this location as if they didn’t care. Then, they told me to wait in the park where they would come by and currently writing this review as I am beyond the time they told me I would need to wait. Just a reminder that this place didn’t care about me or the quality of their work and business

First time renting an e-bike vs regular bike. I’m so glad I did this! I got lost a couple of times, so I’m glad I found my way back. Battery was good and didn’t run out before my two hour time frame. I am a fan.
