I would not recommend renting bicycles from this company. Our experience with the staff was very disappointing. We rented four bicycles, which were already in noticeably poor condition, and during the ride one of them developed a malfunction with the gear system. Upon returning the bicycles, we informed the staff, but they responded in an unprofessional and unfriendly manner, without even offering an apology. It was clear that customer care is not a priority for this company.

Very rude management. Charged us 60 USD for 10 minutes delay. The delay caused due to one member of my family had a minir accident and needed attention. They are scammer and expensive as compared to other e-scooter rental. They have intentionally blocked the speed so people should not be able to cover the park in one hour. The other rental services offer better tariffs and faster bikes. Beware of them and do not opt. Their employees are on the streets luring people into this terrible service. They would try to sale you saying 10% discount and 10 mins additional, considering these things it is still expensive than others. I fell for this offers, you please dont.

This place is awesome, crystal is the best! The staff was so helpful & they helped us out so much. I'd definitely recommend paying all day if you're killing time. We used the bikes to go to museum of natural history, the met, balto statue, Hamilton, Duke Ellington, & so much more. No way we could've done a fraction of that without the bikes.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. When we first arrived, we spoke to a girl to ask about the availability and pricing of the bikes. She told us it was $18 per hour, including tax. We were planning to rent four bikes but decided to go for a drink first. When we returned to actually rent the bikes, we were met by a very rude guy. Suddenly, the price was $20 per bike because the $18 “didn’t include tax.” We explained that the girl earlier had told us otherwise, but he responded in a disinterested and dismissive way. Instead of politely asking if we wanted to pay in cash, he just barked: “Cash!” When we asked if we could keep the basket on the bike to hold our bag, he shouted: “Dollar!” No explanation, no service. We just let it go and went cycling. When we returned the bikes, he didn’t say a single word. No greeting, no “how was your ride?” nothing. Only later did we see that locks and helmets were actually included, but no one mentioned that to us. Meanwhile, his colleagues were arguing with each other while looking for my brother’s driver’s license. All in all, a very unfriendly and uncomfortable experience.
