I'd been hunting for a really good breakfast sandwich here in Central Austin. A lot of these coffee shops just have bakery items and deli sandwiches, but anyway, there's a reason the ratings for this place are so high. I've been back twice over the past two weeks, and these sandwiches are delicious. The first time I went, I got the Bird Bird Bacon, which is basically a bacon, egg, and cheese. The second time, I got the Theodore: chicken, bacon, BBQ sauce, and cheddar cheese. Both sandwiches had my taste buds on 100. I paired them with a cold brew, which was solid. The overall experience is a 10/10.

Yep! The word out there is absolutely right. Hands down the best biscuit sandwich in Austin. Heard so much about it and I made it here today. Didn’t even remember to take pictures of my sandwiches. Quality second to none and the portion is quite reasonable. See you soon BBB

My favorite breakfast spot in Austin! The quality is unmatched and I am always satisfied. I can never only get 1 biscuit, so my order is usually 2+. I ordered the Carolina Caviar biscuit, the Bird Bird Bacon biscuit, and the House Apricot Iced Tea. Carolina Caviar Biscuit 5/5 - holy smokes.... This delivered everything... Texture, flavor, quality ingredients, BIG portions... PERFECT! Pro tip: order a side of the gravy for dipping! Bird Bird Biscuit 4.5/5 - another near perfect sandwich. The biscuit is the star here, but the quality of the bacon and perfectly cooked egg is top tier. Pro tip: Add the hatch Chile Pimento cheese on the side for a flavor EXPLOSION! This will always be a stop whenever I come to Austin. Really appreciate the commitment to delivering consistently high quality items time after time!

I waited too long to go here. It's like $14 for a primo biscuit sandwich but it filled me up for about 6 hours. Cool atmosphere, highly recommend ordering ahead, only a walk up kiosk available but it was free when we were there. Something for everyone. They should be doing double egg, the ratio is good but an extra egg would make it perfect.

Bird bird biscuit is an old favorite of mine. I have always loved the Queen Beak sandwhich, which my wife got, and the fries, which we both got, but I had the pleasure of trying their Carolina Cavier sandwhich. It was absolutely delicious! The biscuit and chicken were wonderful as always and the pimento cheese and pickles tasted well together with them. I can’t wait to come back!
