Chartering Biscayne Lady Yacht Charters for our wedding was hands down the best decision we could've made for the venue. From the start, Leo was a pleasure to work with. It was a very seamless and transparent process to book the ship (we booked the Venetian Lady). Jessica, the event coordinator, was wonderful to work with, too – so responsive, kind, and professional. She made sure every detail on our list was checked off, ensuring everything would run smoothly. We had a great pre-wedding call with her about a week before the wedding, which left me feeling confident that the day would be perfect – and it was! The "in-house" DJ, Danny, was incredible. We also had a long call with him beforehand, and he made sure our timeline and music were absolutely spot-on. He went about and beyond - and even asked what our wedding colors were so he could wear a matching tie. The ceremony timing was tricky, but Danny absolutely nailed it. The chef also exceeded our expectations. We didn’t do a tasting beforehand, so wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but food was amazing! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was – from the salad, to dinner (even the veggies were out of this world), and dessert. Last but certainly not least, the ship’s staff was exceptional. They were attentive to every guest, ensuring no one ever had an empty glass. There was even a moment when a guest asked the bartender for a toothpick, which the bartender did not have on-hand, and within 60 seconds, a server appeared from the other side of the ship with a toothpick on a plate. No joke. It was incredible and we still talk about it to this day! I could go on for pages, truly. If you’re on the fence about Biscayne Lady Yacht Charters, this is your sign to book them!

We were in Miami for a busy 5-day work conference. Needing to break up the meetings, we searched for something to get out and enjoy the gorgeous weather and do some sightseeing. I contacted the company through their website and easily communicated with their team. Everything could be completed online (which was crucial, and I couldn't take a call during meetings). This was easy, professional, and an efficient process. The Marina is a fun area, and it was easy to find the boat. We rented the Recess, which is a private charter for about 12 people. It's a beautiful boat that comfortably fits an intimate group. We were able to tour around, see some celebrity homes from the water, beautiful architecture, and enjoy the sights. We stopped and were able to get out, swim, and relax in the water. They have pool noodles, a raft, and take care of everything. They provide non alcoholic drinks, there is plenty of space to relax, a bathroom, and you can hook up your music. It was a fun, relaxing, wonderful experience. Our charter captain (JC) and his second mate were wonderful humans who have so much knowledge about the area - incredible tour guides and provided so many fun facts. This was such an enjoyable experience. So much fun! Highly recommend!
