It’s very difficult to get in to get the service done, appointments are 2-3 days out , but the tire dept is always empty. Tire rotation and balance is quick and easy . Hello, I decided to leave a message regarding what happened to me today. First of all I enjoy shopping at BJ's . However, today my experience was horrible. I was standing at the register scanning my own products and I never use the app coupons before and I was purchasing a washing machine soap product(two dollars off) I was clueless on what to do. I had it pulled up on my phone and I believe that I clipped it. So I thought at the end it would show up however I figured I would put call help button and I know that the store was busy but I had the patience to wait. This man named Jose came to me with a nasty attitude and a ugly look and right then I looked at him and told him the issue no matter how I felt with the look he gave me.This man said to me ...if I couldn't clip cancel and go to another place. I told him this in a little high voice " I just scanned all of this and I am not cancelling this transaction. This man Jose did not temp to assist me. He called out in a loud in the store and said to a worker ..I didn't here her name but said to the worker " can you help this lady! she don't want my help"this man lied, and I labeled him as a lier. He came to me aggravated me 2x . He said to me don't you see me working. I am like who is he...Like I know him and looking at him. All I did was push for help. He again said to me" in my face with a devish smirk" you didn't ask me to help you. People that person Jose is a crazy devil. a customer saw how he was treating me and she helped me, when I was leaveing I told him he is a devil. Now he won't stop me from going to the store. Also he said to me " see how I help people.. you can ask anyone..this man is Mad..he know he was in the wrong. This devil child name is Jose. I hope that he reads this and change his life and how her treat people. I do hope he is not racist..I hope not.
