I dropped the rings off on a Saturday, and the appraisal was completed by Wednesday—fast, professional, and hassle-free. When I came into the store she helped me customize the perfect ring! I had no clue they were able to customize so I’m incredibly happy Joy let me know and we were able to create something beautiful!
