Amazing wine selection, very knowledgeable staff, they helped us with pairings for dinner. Had the Chilean Sea Bass, it was so good we had to ask for the recipe, and they gave it to us! Which I thought spoke very positively to their level of service.

I am so excited to have the Blind Bishop in my neighborhood! If you love the entire wine culture and experience as much as I do, you will love this tasting room. Better than any place I have visited in Napa and other wine regions, host Dilek Caner is a Master of Wine - one of only 35 in the US. We let her put together wines to pair with our four course meal, and what a great decision that was! She brought out wines that enhanced the delicate attributes of the food, and it was an evening I won't forget. You get the opportunity to taste wines by the glass that you might not get the opportunity to try anywhere else. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was as spectacular as the wines, and that says a lot. Dilek is a wine educator, and you can study for the WSET exams with her as well, or just expand your knowledge of wine. This tasting room would be the crowning jewel in any foodie city or destination, but lucky for us The Blind Bishop calls Dallas home.

I had a wonderful experience at Blind Bishop (Dallas Wine Education Center). I took the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines Course and Examination and learned so much about grape varieties from all over the world, wine making, tasting, pairing, storage and service. The course was very well-organized, engaging and informative. The tasting samples were carefully selected. The instructor, Dilek Caner, was amazing. She is a Master of Wine, a title held by only 54 people in the U.S. and 417 people around the world. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the wine industry and shared many insights and tips with us. She was also very patient, supportive and approachable. She made the learning process fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Blind Bishop to anyone who wants to learn more about wine or pursue a wine certification. Thank you, Dilek, for being such a great teacher and mentor!
