Stoney's offers a wide variety of wines at reasonable prices, and Stoney can educate you regarding those of interest before you purchase, so that you can make informed choices. On most weekends, various jazz or blues performers entertain while you enjoy your chosen beverage (beer and soft drinks are available in addition to the large wine selection). The evening we attended, the entertainment was provided by Bill & Peggy Lohr, and we were able to have Peggy autograph her latest book, "Howdy, Hollywood" for us. The location is not a large venue, so plan ahead by making a reservation, and arriving early, as parking is somewhat limited.

Very laid back atmosphere. Carry’s a great line of wines at very reasonable prices. The real treat is the weekend nights of jazz. The schedule varies and it is best to get on their mailing list so you will be notified of upcoming music. The food is very simple like cheese plates. They do usually make a fruit pie which is always excellent.

My wife and I stopped into Stoney's for a curated wine tasting on Saturday that I arranged as a Christmas gift for her. The lounge is sizeable with a stage for jazz music. If we lived closer we would make this a regular stop. Stone's deep knowledge comes across immediately as we talked through options for the tasting. We were presented with several wines we had not had before. Stone provided thorough explanations of the composition of the wine, the vinyard and region, as well as a few reasons why he chose to share these. Everything we tasted was an exceptional value. We will definitely stop back in when we are in the area and I highly recommend this stop to wine lovers!
