Press Pilates is one of a kind. Truly the best decision I ever made for my health/body. I've been training with Mary for 4 years and I intend to do so forever. I noticed I couldn't tolerate wearing high heels- Wearing them would result in so much pain and soreness for 1 week, sometimes longer. After only a few sessions, I noticed an exponential difference in my entire mood and body. Foot pain due to high heels is a thing of the past! Also, it's helped to alleviate discomfort in my lower back/scoliosis. I could go on forever about the incredible things Mary has helped me achieve... from physical therapy to weight loss and muscle toning. I recommend this company to anyone that is a beginner and beyond. Mary is very gentle, encouraging and highly skilled.
