Honest review. Real client My first time so decided to do private sessions. Absolutely, loved, loved, loved it the environment, instructor, lessons. My runs are stronger. Wish I signed up earlier. Only one complaint is the paid one -hr session. I wasn’t happy when my sessions were shorten after paying for a hour. Nevertheless I enjoyed it.

I have been attending classes at this studio for over a year. It has consistently been one of the best parts of my day. The studio is very clean and well appointed. It's very bright and temperature controlled. The instructors are all amazing; they're very knowledgeable about pilates and they pay attention to each student, this prevents injuries and ensures that we are all getting a challenging work out. There are OFTEN new students with no Pilates experience at the group classes, and the instructors are patient and thorough. I have to specifically mention Shiraz, Carrie, and Alisa, three kind, fun, and tough instructors who are friendly and professional. There is not one negative comment to be made about the studio and these skilled instructors. In their own ways, these instructors teach a class that is fun yet a complete body workout. I have seen a big improvement in my strength and flexibility, and I know it's because of regular classes at the studio. Thank you Shiraz, Carrie, and Alisa for being such a great part of my week.

I have been attending private sessions with Sam at Classic Pilates for several months and I can't speak highly enough of her expertise. Her approach to instructing someone like myself, who had back surgery 20 years ago, has been methodical and incredibly successful. She understands the boundaries (and anxiety) of someone who has had a severe injury and is able to coach accordingly. I have been a Pilates student for 10+ years and Sam's methods have allowed me to build core strength by pushing myself to do exercises that I would never have felt comfortable (or confident!) enough to do. I have never been so strong and healthy. Sam is a true expert in strength training and flexibility through Pilates. On top of that, she is an incredibly kind person!
