I’ve been coming to this Pilates studio since 2020, and it has truly changed my life. I feel stronger, leaner, and more fit than I’ve ever been. The studio has become my safe space, where I always feel welcome and supported. The instructors are not only beautiful souls but also incredibly kind and encouraging. They teach with such precision, always reminding you to breathe and keep the count, which makes a huge difference. I absolutely love this place and can’t imagine my fitness journey without it!

First time trying this studio and loved it! The space is pretty and clean with natural lighting. The instructor gave clear cues throughout class and had an upbeat fun playlist. I'll definitely be back!

first time (and probably only newcomer to class) and Shaena did an amazing job taking time ahead of class to discuss how to operate their reformer machine and how to make adjustments for my knees, corrects form, and provides clear visual and verbal demonstrations throughout class! Super nice staff and clean area with nice natural lighting and privacy - would definitely recommend for a challenging, well-explained pilates studio that focuses on form first!

I’ve been going here for the past year and absolutely love it! It’s more affordable than other studios, and all the instructors I’ve had are super approachable, give helpful corrections, and make an effort to shout people out by name. They switch up the routines often and always play upbeat music. I’m really sad to be moving away from the studio, I highly recommend it!

Lainey was a great instructor! I had previously tried solidcore but didn’t like the environment and didn’t see myself going back. However, after only one class here through class pass I know I’ll become a regular! Great instructions at a good pace with great music - but not too loud where you can’t hear the instructions. Small class versus solidcores large classes where sometimes it’s hard to see. The instructor also did a great job of correcting people off mic. Would def recommend for anyone looking into reformer Pilates classes.

The use of custom reformers alongside resistance training allows for full-body toning, sculpting, and cardiovascular conditioning all in one class. For groups, this means a time-effective workout that maximizes results and leaves everyone feeling energized and accomplished.
