Just got skates for our daughter! Great selection and a few options for kids. The person who helped us was kind and very knowledgeable. Really happy we could come here instead of buying online.

I loved this place! I bought roller skates from Bo’s and went to a rink the same day, and they fit really well! The worker was super nice and chatted with us while adding new wheels to the purchase. I love the LGBT+ items there, I just wish they had a few lesbian things. I’m definitely coming back if I need my skates fixed!

Super patient staff, she even pressed the new bearings into the wheels I bought for free (I should’ve thought to tip)! Very reasonably priced too.

I just picked up my new FR skates at Bo's. The service was exceptional and the skates are the best ever (I've skated for over 30 years and owned Rollerblade, Technica, and K2 in the past). Bo's provides everything you want in a top-tier skate shop--knowledge, service, and fair prices. And Bo herself is a pleasure to do business with.

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for Bo’s shop and the experts that work there. Ralphie identified a mounting issue on my old skates and was able to correct it with my new pair. My plates were out of stock everywhere and yet, she was able to work with another authorized supplier to get them for me. I love my Bonts and my avenger plates. I get my wheels and pads there too. Sometimes I order online but usually make an excuse to pop in and see what else I can pick up. I’m glad they’ve been in business so long and I only trust them for mounting my plates. Roller derby is a tough sport and I’m not willing to risk injury with less knowledgeable folks. San Diego is lucky to have a great shop that we can easily get to. If you’re not local, but visiting the area, let them know you’re coming by. You won’t be disappointed. I love all the folks there, but Ralphie is my fave for sure!
