Very busy, but makes for great people watching. Pay online and you get the whole day to skate. You can take a break shop/eat and then come back. The skates were decent for rentals. The ice has a ton of people so this is a place for the social skater.

Claim of 4 hours free parking is false. I was charged after validation for 3 hours of parking. According to the parking office I exceeded the time by 3 hours, so they are saying I spent 7 hours there. Sorry. No way. And since the parking machine took my ticket, I have no proof. Very deceptive. 1/10/25 Update - I am in contact with someone at UTC Ice. I have temporarily updated review as an act of good faith that they will come through. Hopefully good news soon along with explanation of what happened. 1/10/25 Update 2 - UTC Ice made me whole despite the fact that the parking is run by the mall. Kudos to UTC Ice and boo to UTC parking. My advice is to run your parking ticket in a machine before going to the gate.

A great mall with great shops! Paid parking is an annoyance and uselessly causes at times long waits to enter or exit the lot! Get rid of that and then it becomes a 5 star!
