Great location for espresso and breakfast. We've stayed at the hotel a few times and always love the coffee and breakfast offerings. Service always good... often great. The hotel, bar, and restaurant have a warm, welcoming vibe. Always fun to see all the morning-after club folks carbing up after a great night out. 😂

Two visits while staying at The Rose Hotel. Service and food was very good. The bar area has a nice quiet atmosphere. We had breakfast, both ordering vegetable omelettes. Pared with some great fried potatoes. Outstanding! Very good coffee and expresso as well. Excellent service.

The atmosphere was nice a cozy dim setting and the staff was accommodating. The food it self was well presented and tested great. The B+K burger was cooked to perfection and paired well with the Lagunita beer. It was super convenient to have the restaurant attached to the hotel and we got to redeem our free drink vouchers!

We arrived at this restaurant at 7:15 PM, well within their stated operating hours, only to be utterly shocked by their conduct as closing time approached. At precisely 8:00 PM, while we were still eating, the staff literally moved our plates and forced us to finish our meal in the hotel lobby. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful. We understand that restaurants have closing times, but to treat paying customers in such a manner is beyond rude. There was no warning, no polite request, just a blatant disregard for our dining experience. It ruined our evening and left us feeling unwelcome and disgusted. We will certainly not be returning and advise others to be wary of their appalling service.

Excellent friendly service even late at night. The pork veggi soup hit the spot and comforting. The pineapple teriyaki chicken wings were juicy and had a nice balance of sweet and savory. The fries and brioche burger were very good. Apple crisp was a perfect way to end the evening.
