I feel bad that they copied and pasted a response simply because they couldn't tell that their attitude towards others has now turned away myself, a potential new client. I am responding to how this company responded TO ANOTHER customer, and they arrogantly couldn't tell: "Doha, We are sorry that we were unable to serve you because you did not read the instructions we sent to you ahead of your appointment about not being able to accommodate children in our busy, professional space. "Please arrive alone– do not bring guests or children." The majority of our clients are mothers, and we are well aware of the challenges that this presents for them when job searching. We do not have proper facilities to have children in our space and that is why we are very clear about this ahead of all client appointments. We did give you the opportunity to reschedule, but unfortunately, you declined. We are still happy to reschedule you, if you can identify child care for your appointment time and if you are still in need of interview preparation services." Disgusting. Had a feeling these people were limousine liberals--pretending to care, but with snobbery. Pass.
