My father was hospitalized for 5 days for a procedure in early July. The young man that checked us in and got us into the pre-op room was outstanding. He was so thorough. So kind! So fantastic! In addition, the nurses were great to my father. He received great care during his stay. Thank you Boulder Community Health!

I scheduled my yearly physical with a new doctor (it had been sufficiently long that my primary care doc retired!) and I was a bit nervous as many things were new or changing. I had completed my forms online (highly recommend!) so when I showed up they asked my name and in a few minutes I was being weighed and off we went. No long uncomfortable dead time between nurse intake and doc showing up - all seemed to run pretty smoothly which was really fantastic given what I expected…blood work right down the hall and in a day or two, I had results in the online portal with doctor comments…something I dreaded was actually pretty easy! Great team at BCH! Great healthcare and top flight facility!

Boulder Community Health is extremely efficient in their process from scheduling, to checking in and paying copays through the portal, and scheduling follow up appointments with my doctor to discuss test results. Front reception staff have all been very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Lyle is one of the best cardiologists I’ve seen! He is an excellent listener, explains everything carefully ensuring you understand and has an extremely caring manner. He doesn’t brush off issues you may have, but works with you to find a solution. This is very important to me knowing he truly cares. I highly recommend Dr. Lyle and Boulder Community Health.

After an electric scooter accident, I had to go to the ER in Lafayette. The BCH staff were amazing. Everyone was fast and attentive. They answered all of my questions and kept me calm. Actually they helped me find the humor in a 70 year old wiping out on a sidewalk. Thank goodness for helmets. The doctors were thorough and kind. I highly recommend this hospital and I thank the entire staff for their professional care.

1 Star (only because zero isn’t an option) I strongly advise against choosing Boulder Community Health for maternity care. Our experience here was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The staff has been consistently unfriendly, unresponsive, and difficult to reach—especially when urgent issues arise. For example, they lost my wife’s lab sample, despite her being sick and urgently needing results. There is no direct phone line for follow-up; instead, you must rely on an inefficient chat system, causing critical health concerns to remain unanswered for hours or even days. To make matters worse, their NP strongly pressured us into consenting to an unnecessary drug screen, despite clearly explaining to her that we don't use drugs and felt it was invasive and unnecessary. She implied we were irresponsible and stated she'd continue questioning us about drug use if we refused. Reluctantly, we agreed due to this pressure, and unsurprisingly, our results came back completely clean. Yet, they still charged us for this unnecessary test. I'm honestly shocked at this hospital’s disregard for patients’ privacy, their lack of accountability, and overall poor quality of care. We’re switching providers immediately—this experience has been completely unacceptable.
