The most terrible service except for the nice drivers. The system they recently supposedly upgraded, leaves one waiting for your ride, which is 30 minutes late from the end of the 30 minute window of pick-up. Schedule for 30 minutes, but then you are out for 80 minutes! Schedule from 1 - 1:30, but they can pick you up as early as 12:30 and pick you up as late as 2 pm to go home. But my recent rides have been 20-30 late past 2 pm time. New system = more people getting rides, but that means sitting around not knowing when your ride is coming, and the way home your ride is late!

Tried to schedule a ride 7 days in advance with no one answering the phone. Tried again 5 days before a very important doctor visit and said they had no drivers. Total failure!

I don't know anything about the agency but the guy at the front desk doesn't do a good job receiving guests. I came in four days in a row for training & he neither greeted me or only spoke when first spoken to. Seemed very snobbish-not a good representative esp first person you meet coming in. They should hire someone better trained in cust. service.

THE GIRLS WHO ANSWER THE PHONE SEEM FRUSTRATED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. It's not them it is the archaic software they use. i try to visualize how the order is imputed so i can request a ride correctly and every time it becomes confusing. i can't believe they do not use any map so they can visualize where the customer is at and where they need to go. then put their name on the map along with the pick up time. you should eliminate the "return times". make all times pick up and deliver and simply say 15 minute window when order placed. anything that is done redundantly should become easier, not harder. there is rarely times when more then one person is on a 5 person bus. quit blaming customer service and fix your software.
