I’ve seen 4 plays off Broadway here. Each have been fantastic. Great seats, great audio. Wish they had more fun concessions but I’ll try to see at least 1 play a year here.

Just got off the phone with Kenna who assisted me with my season ticket renewal and I was so impressed with her that I wanted to leave a review. She is awesome. I would give 6+ stars if I could. To Kenna - if you are ever in the market for a job, look me up. You're great!

Whenever I call in to speak with the ticket office about anything, reps always sound less than enthused to be talking to patrons. I understand that they might be busy, but it's a customer service position, and at least attempting to sound pleasant and trying to be helpful would be a great quality in people who are on the phones. I cringe when I need to call in for anything because I know it's not going to be an easy or pleasant phone conversation.

I find that when I contact BAA / SLC that I get GREAT SERVICE, friendly voices that assist you in your ticket purchases. I've visited their physical office to purchase tickets and always get wonderful customer service. Thanks BAA / SLC.

Attended Matilda last night. Unfortunatley for me and several other people around me, the poor quality of the sound severly affected my enjoyment of the show. Paying $70 a ticket and only able to catch a quarter of the dialog made me question my choice of buying season tickets.
