Wow! I went to see the summer musical in 2025 The wives of the Salt Lake Hive and was truly impressed. Here is my review posted on IG/FB. Hope more people go to support this excellent organization. “This expertly produced local musical was so fun to watch!!!! A satire touching on broad range of topics relevant for our days- hyper local topics ( which of course includes the LDS church, Ryan Smith, the Reagans and Swig), social media, AI, gender issues, as well as state and national politics. The show is light hearted- getting the point across without being offensive or crude. In other words I appreciate how the script skillfully appealed to a wide audience. I thought quite a few actors and actresses have clear talents! I hope the show extends beyond Aug so more people can see the show. Also feel grateful that the @slcozap Salt Lake County fund from Salt Lake County support this important form of art.”

Fabulous local theater professionally presented. Historic location is respectful to the past indigenous peoples and church architecture.

SLAC is one of the best local theaters in Utah. They put shows on the stage that no one else will do in Utah. They always go above and beyond! Plus their summer show, which speaks to current events in an over the top original script that changes every year. If you have never seen a show at SLAC, I'd recommend going as soon as you can.
