Found this place while randomly exploring the area. There are Small business shops and a farmer's market that is setup every Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm. Must visit for fresh fruits and flowers, directly from the farms. Lot of options and you can even get custom bouquets made.

It is a good store, clean, with friendly staff, and they have two levels in the back, with the lower level offering a lot more home goods than most grocery stores. Sometimes I find the layout to be a little wonky though, the food selection can be a little bit limited too, and if you're looking for something advertised on sale, get there early as those are often all out by the end of the day. So minus the one star. Otherwise it's just fine and there's no major complaints. Keep your receipt in hand on the way out though, they have a security person at all times who will require you to show the receipt and your items. Outside the store is usually not to bad, but a few of the street kids may be set up there near the door, offering items for sale or what have you. They usually keep themselves fairly well behaved as QFC will run them off if not. The only other thing to bear in mind is that the location is right on Broadway so expect street parking to be a bit of a challenge, especially during the busiest times, though they may have a garage underneath. I'm just not sure about that.

This is a neighborhood hub of activity and products. A much wider range of goods than a ordinary QFC or chain grocery store tend to stock. They will likely carry the things you shop for as staple pantry dependables: coffee and teas, wine and spirits, milk, eggs, spices, snacks, fresh fruit and veggies. They also have an onsite bakery and large deli with respectable cheese selection, ready to eat meals and choices from local restaurants. Hardware and home goods, office and school supplies (see pics). If you're into clearance goods check the second floor beyond the wine, isle 4...I love finding new things to try at half the price!

This place needs to get cleaned up. I remember the old area 15 years ago when I moved here. It's sad that this is what we look like now.
