Absolutely disappointed with the fries. They were so spicy it felt like a punishment, not a snack. Who thought dumping that much chili on fries was a good idea? It completely overpowered the taste — no flavor, just fire. Not enjoyable, not balanced, and definitely not something I’d ever order again. If you’re looking for a mouth-burning experience, maybe you’ll like it. Otherwise, stay far away.

Food was good, but very over-priced! There really isn’t “service” because customers order at a kiosk and are only handed their food, but the person handing me food was nice. The wraps were dry and tough, and the “pita” were just little dry tortillas. A total disappointment! The hummus and red lentil soup were excellent! The concept was cool, with clean, modern street dining.

I had the chicken shawarma bowl, and it was pretty underwhelming, lacking in flavor and not worth the price. Both the taste and portion size fell short of expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it. For a much better experience, I highly recommend Petra just a couple of blocks away, their food is far more flavorful and reasonably priced.

These fries were a disaster. The spice level was ridiculous — not flavorful, just painfully hot. It felt like they dumped an entire jar of chili powder without even tasting it first. No balance, no seasoning finesse, just heat for the sake of it. Honestly, I couldn’t even finish them. If you’re looking for something actually enjoyable, skip this mess.

I think they have decided to close it down or lower the quality slowly that it changes from dining to random middle eastern place on the corner. the service was so bad that she did not tell us about specials, or ask whether we want another drink, or whether we need extra pitas. Just dropped food at table and left the tip however is included at 22% It is kinda sad this was my favorite spot Middle East food in Seattle. If you are reading this so far I would suggest Hamdi for better food and dining experience. :)
