Brooks has been an awesome company to work with for over a decade. Recently purchased a pair of Brooks running shoes through Amazon (horrible company and owner) for a specific reason. Recieceved the wrong shoes. Tried to speak with Amzon, but of course they blame Brooks. I spoke with Patrick at Brooks, the service was outstanding, they are sending me a new pair of shoes, to the other side of the world. Left a terrible review on Amazon. Giving the incorrect shoes I received to a person that can use them and cannot afford them. Brooks Sports is great. Ditch Amazon and JB.
