Not very attractive, steep access making it difficult to get the boats into the water. Level 1 rapids just below entry will make it impossible to return. We chose Fall River Lake instead. Beautiful lake.

This is a great stop along the majestic Neuse river Greenway for a refreshing view or launching your kayak or canoe and flow and dance with the river. This spot offers a great up-close view of the Neuse River. It's easily accessible off of the greenway trail or from the on-site parking.

Always a great time on the Raleigh Greenway Trails. Good exercise on a humid January day in NC. Lots of people jigging, or riding bikes with family or just self meditation. Enjoy the pictures.

4 miles around 1.5 hours to City Of Raleigh Milburnie Dam Canoe Access at a very leisurely pace. Some spots are quite shallow but it is a very nice paddle.

Recently found this greenway entrance and love the location! There are only 5 parking spaces but I’ve never had a problem parking here. Approximately one mile to the left are very nice restrooms and park. Heyday Brewing is about a mile away, easy bike ride or walk/run.
