This community is amazing! The floating floor is like no other and really helps you excel. Mel, Erin and Jose are the best trainers who encourage you to be your best every day. They have a modification for all levels. The franchisees Dana and Jeff are so welcoming and make sure everyone has a great experience! Finally I couldn’t say enough about the community here. Everyone builds each other up and we are all each other’s cheerleaders. We have a no woman/man left behind mindset when we get to workout in groups. Coming to this gym definitely won’t leave you disappointed. I have seen so much progress in myself in the past 6 months and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Rowan was our trainer, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She brought such amazing energy, kept us motivated the entire time, and made sure our form was spot-on throughout the workout. By the end, I was completely exhausted but felt SO accomplished. It was such an incredible experience—if you’re thinking about trying it, do it!!
