Café Atelier completely stole my heart. Their drink menu is unique, creative, and absolutely delicious. This review is specifically for the afternoon tea service. It was very affordable which was good. Including a 20% tip, it was $70 for two people for a LOT of food. Def a bargain. The place is very cute and in a flower + gift shop with a counter cafe spot in the front. I love multi-use spaces! But I do think the service suffered because it's not a focused space. They seemed a little confused about the whole tea thing. The tea service was fairly minimal. Instead of mini tea sandwiches, it was just a regular sandwich cut in half. The scones were cold and hard and did not come with clotted cream. Macarons were good but cookies were just so-so. Still it's nice and one of those sweet little off the beaten path joints in NYC.
