Not in the least bit helpful. No greeted us upon entry, we had small plants-did not give us a bag or assistance. They were glued to the checkout when no one was in line. The plant quality has taken a turn, plants were falling apart as soon as you picked them up. I have been a regular for some time. One of the plants blew away- of course help would have been nice to prevent this. An upsetting adventure on a beautiful Sunday.
