For starters this gym has a stretch to it that is a combination of we tried to clean but also a dirty dried up sock found in a corner that is nice and crusty. The staff is generally pretty friendly but rarely do you see them wondering around. Mostly glued to the phone. The showers are also incredibly gross and the shower curtain looks like it hasn’t been changed in years and has mold growing on it. The morning hours are generally less packed but the evenings, good luck finding space in this compact gym.

Super convenient for working in Kendall Square. Staff is beyond sweet and I never have trouble finding a treadmill, even at peak times/months. It is nice being able to access the main location on weekends (the validated parking and squash courts are a plus)!

Great, compact little gym. CAC is small but they have everything you need to get a good workout, and in my experience they generally aren’t over crowded, which also helps to get in a good and ENJOYABLE workout. Locker rooms are clean. As an added bonus, the staff here is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Very straightforward, compact gym. It's a great quality gym for the convenient location and decent price. It can get a little crowded after work, and I wish there was another squat rack, but generally, I'm very satisfied with CAC.
