Wow. Such mismanagement. Used to offer 20 bus passes now just 10. But also there isn't toilet paper when we ask. So make up your mind. and when I visited a couple of months ago, someone had donated chocolate bars. There was no restriction so the first few women were like vultures. Gross. Do better, CWC. Oh. Couldn't relax in the shed since someone was allowed to park their huge bike in the same space as those of us who were trying to relax. Do better, CWC.

This place receives lots of money from the city and also donations including clothings from good hearted people but unfortunately this place only makes rich those vendors who do e-commerce. You cannot know how corrupt it is until you get in there to expose it. DO NOT GO THERE. DO NOT MAKE ANY KIND OF DONATIONS.Bad management. Corrupt place. homeless who became a manager.. since then there is drastic worsening in this organization... all kinds of unfair and unjust things are happening. The place is far away from prioritizing the homeless women and public good. In recent years real homeless women give up going there... It has been posted that they open at 1:00pm but they open the doors much earlier to give numbers--However, the numbers are not first come first serve basis. Even if you came at 12noon you may get numbers like 25 but their friend comes much later and gets a single digit number to receive first service for the best food and clothes. There are some vultures who are abusing this place and the manager just ignores the complaints. Majority of the guests are not homeless. They have houses and cars that come from other cities. Yellow lives close by and becomes the first one all the time that collects luxury brand name items and resells. The same things are happening for MBTA cards.

They let guests put their shoes on brand new. Couches and staff don’t say anything

I'm standing in front of this place as I write this , I'm a trans woman named Vivian, now on top of allowing another guest to verbally abuse me this place is denying me a T pass the give out freely to all other guests claiming e already had 3 this month in May. I tried explaining that I was incarcerated until May 11th so there was no way I'd have taken 3 . She insisted I did , she is a liar!
