I have been shopping here for years and have always enjoyed my experience. Today, however, the employee demanded I place my purse in the doorway of the dressing room. On a filthy floor! In the city of Seattle! I am smart enough to forego shopping here in leu of protecting my belongings. It's a shame. This was always such a nice treat for myself. So, as long as you're not looking for anything you need a dressing room for, you're alright. They are so worried about their inventory that was donated to them that they are asking me to risk everything. I was the only customer that they asked this of. They stated corporate policy. You'll notice this person has not put their purse on the floor...

Very well organized by size! Good quality items, no holes, stains, etc. Prices a bit higher than other Goodwill stores in less expensive areas, but comparable to other big cities. We found some great bargains, including new with tags.

I agree with others regarding the prices. They are over priced. Be careful buying shoes there because I’ve seen some with the soles coming unattached and dirt on the bottom and they are still selling them for 15-20 dollars. I really don’t like shopping there due to the prices but it’s the closest in walking distance from my house. Staff is nice and it’s clean. You have to ready dig to get good deals.

This used to be one of the best goodwills in Seattle but oh how the mighty have fallen. The selection and quality of items has gone down over the years. I blame corporate. Clothing is priced kind of high. Occasionally there are deals in housewares. Size tags on bras tend to not match the sizes on the bras themselves (sometimes this is the case for clothes too). No jewelry case anymore, and selection is considerably smaller, and lower quality. Bathroom is usually out of order. No carts, they were probably all stolen. Parking lot is expensive and street parking is limited. 5 item limit in the fitting room and there is usually a line. Tiny toiletries section. Staff is nice at least and are trying their best. The store is generally organized and clean. I used to not be able to walk out of here without spending money and now it's rare I find anything.

This is a great thrift spot! Its inventory gets turned over pretty quickly in the summer which has been great for me to find wares for my new apartment. The clothing and shoes section is also pretty great.
