Worst customer service from employers and asking for help bring a table from the back to the front so I can cash out. There poor customer service and a lack of quality and assistance. The cashier stated to me you need to go outside and find someone to help you bring the table up. I couldn't believe it I express to her their should be a employers here that can assist me. Her resopones I can't help you. There was other incidents that occur there to with me. That I will address with administration regrading the manager and other employes. One of the quotes that was said to me from a young employer's was "GOODWILL DOESN'T PAY YOUNG EMPLOYES ENOUGH TO HELP ME". Also when we were addressing the issue there were five employes around me when I was talking to a supervisor and she became aggressive, yelling at me along with her employes. 1.) To the supervisor the employes under your supervision are not you friends.2.) I feel you should of have done was come up and talk to me and trying to resolve the issue instead of rescue and allow your staff to be disrespectful. The most important thing to the supervisor and employes at the Ballard Goodwill is a reminder you are employers of Goodwill and with that comes responsible, excellent customer services and Goodwill doesn't work for you.

I've been to allow the Goodwill stations in the area and this one seems to have the best selection of clothing. I've found some quality items like Under Armor and North Face clothing. I live farther away now but I still travel to go to this location.

This is for the Dearborn location. This location has a drop-off as well. The parking lot is big, but as the sign says don't leave belongings in the car. You will see shattered glass on the street from the regular break-ins. When you walk in, it's the size of a large gym, actually 2-large gyms because the area from the entrance is clothing and there a second area for household items, furniture, toys, sports and entertainment. This place moves at a quick pace, and isles are littered with things dropped on the ground with no one picking things up. Pack your patience, the isles are tight, people are close and there are many looking for the "right find." There are treasures to be found here but I didn't see a deep discount verses getting it brand new from Amazon but if you're looking for vintage, this is your spot. I was able to find a brand-new pair of Cons for $25 and a new fleece hat for $8. Midas 5-stars for the quick lines at the register. There were 8-registers open to get people checked-out and moving. Midas 3-stars for the tight isles and selection. Midas 4-stars overall.

Prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!! I went to the mall afterwards and literally found cheaper items brand new!!!! You guys are supposed to be helping people dress for success, send our children to school..We’re not digging through other people’s used stuff because we enjoy it, we don’t have money to afford top dollar prices. Goodwill, you should be ashamed of yourself, profiting so much from items our community members donated expecting others in their community will be able to afford with just a small cost to them. Goodwill, you are wrong! You should seriously consider making some major changes in your business practice. Shame on you!
