I visited this Ale House the very first time on Saturday! I was very impressed at how clean it was inside the restaurant as well as the restrooms. A special shout out to our waitress Amari. She was amazing. Extremely attentive. Lastly, I was also impressed by the GM stopping by our table to see how our food was and how our service was. We order their pretzels A LOT and 95% of the time they donât give us the cheese sauce. The other sauce isnât good so it makes the pretzels basically a waste of a purchase. Someone needs to check the orders better before letting them go for delivery. And cut your tomatoes in your salad.. no one wants to just eat a whole tomato.

We had such an incredible time at Carolina Ale House in Brier Creek! Our group of 15 was pretty large, but that didnât faze our amazing servers, Naomi and Emma, one bit. They truly are the best servers in the world. From start to finish, they were attentive, kind, and full of positive energy. Even the manager & chef came out to make sure we were all satisfied. Naomi and Emma went above and beyond to make sure every order was correct, every drink was full, and everyone in our party felt taken care of. Their teamwork, upbeat attitude, and genuine care made our visit not just a meal, but a memorable experience. It's rare to find that level of hospitality these days â they absolutely nailed it. The food and drinks were great, too, but honestly, the service made the night. Weâll definitely be back â and weâll be asking for Naomi and Emma again!
