I don’t know if they changed their chicken supplier or started using a cheaper cut but every other bite had huge disgusting gristle and connective tissue See attached picture if you can stomach it. This is my go to place in Boulder. They serve fresh, quality ingredients. I have been doing a build your own bowl for years and love the variety of options. The garlic dressing and dill dressing are delicious. The staff there are AMAZING! They are accommodating, patient and hard workers. The general manager, Toni, is incredible. She sets the bar high for her team and is a multifaceted leader. She radiates positivity and goes out of her way to make your experience wonderful. This location can get busy and the team handles the lunch, dinner rush with grace. If bowl building ever becomes an Olympic sport this team would take gold. They collaborate, effectively communicate, provide excellent customer service and a scrumptious meal. If you're like me and go there often, make sure to get the app and earn points. I would highly recommend this location.

CAVA FAIL! I really like the food from CAVA, but when I ordered delivery from the Boulder location, well I have to question whether or not I'll continue to support them. First off, the delivery driver, who I assume had all of the address and detailed delivery instructions for my building. I get a call from a DoorDash driver (no mention of DoorDash when ordering through the CAVA app) explaining to me that they can't find me and that they're outside. I go outside and there isn't anyone. I get hung up on and then texted an image of where the driver is at. She's across the parking lot in an area with NO BUILDINGS. Ok, well, at least I got my food delivered most of the way. I get to the office and to my surprise I get an anemic looking bowl (did the driver have a try?) and no steak, even though this is the STEAK+Harissa Bowl. I called the Boulder location and they told me that they couldn't do anything for me unless I come into the store to discuss. I ordered delivery for a reason and can't get to their store. I contacted support to see about credit or refund. The way most customer service is these days I'll be lucky to receive a response. Try harder CAVA Boulder.
