Gemini is an advanced AI assistant integrated with Google Workspace, designed to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve collaboration across teams. Rated 4.6 out of 5 from over 350 reviews, Gemini shines as a powerful tool for businesses seeking to optimize their use of Google Workspace. It offers a wide array of features including document summarization, Q&A based on Google Drive files, drafting support for emails and content outlines, and grammar enhancements. The AI's ability to quickly extract and distill information from large volumes of text saves considerable time for users, making it easier and faster to manage research and review tasks. Furthermore, Gemini's integration centralizes information, supporting better team collaboration, especially in remote or hybrid work settings. Beyond simply handling document tasks, Gemini can be tailored through custom AI experts called "Gems," enhancing technical support and training across departments such as IT, legal, and HR. This personalization allows it to adapt assistance to various levels of expertise and operational needs. Businesses, particularly small and medium-sized, that deal with frequent content drafting, data summarization, and cross-functional collaboration may find Gemini especially beneficial. While it is best known for boosting productivity, Gemini also includes evolving capabilities in areas like image generation and presentation support, which are expected to improve. Overall, Gemini presents a promising AI collaboration partner for Google Workspace users aiming to reduce repetitive tasks and focus on higher-priority projects.

Here's what people think of Gemini

As of recent, Gemini holds a 4.6-star rating based on 359 reviews.

User reviews consistently highlight Gemini's significant contribution to saving time and improving efficiency within Google Workspace. Positive feedback often centers on its document summarization and Drive-based Q&A features, which facilitate quick access to relevant information and reduce research time. Many users appreciate the ease with which Gemini drafts emails and content outlines, alongside its grammar correction capabilities, all of which streamline communication and content creation. Additionally, the AI assistant's role in enhancing collaboration between team members is frequently noted, particularly benefiting remote and hybrid teams by centralizing knowledge and automating routine tasks. Customization through "Gems" to deliver personalized technical support is a novel feature that users find valuable for internal training and upskilling. However, some reviewers mention weaknesses, such as the cost per user being a barrier for smaller companies with limited budgets. Others note that Gemini's creative outputs, including image generation and slide design, currently lag behind its excellent functional performance. There is also a learning curve involved in mastering effective prompts to fully leverage the AI's capabilities. In conclusion, Gemini receives strong praise for productivity enhancements and collaboration support but is seen as less mature in creative functions and demands thoughtful investment and user training. Companies are encouraged to try the free trial before committing, ensuring the balance of benefits and costs suits their specific workflows.

Stopped in between lunch and dinner with a friend. I had 2 oysters and the crab salad with a glass of white wine. All tasted so good! Friend had goat cheese with gluten free toast. We shared chocolate dessert and both had lattes. UPS al and pricy, but great flavors and experience overall.

Tasty tapas and wonderful service! The restaurant is cozy, with a variety of high and low tables, even some that have a view of the open kitchen. Our server, Kyle, took great care of us - from walking us through suggested menu options to making sure the flow of service was seamless, he didn’t miss a beat. The menu offered a variety of flavors that all complimented one another. We left feeling full after sharing 5 smaller dishes and a dessert. If you don’t like to share, they have several options that are “entree portions”. The restaurant is easy to access on Pearl St, with indoor and outdoor seating, weather permitting. Upon receiving our check, we were given a post card with the restaurant’s logo - very nice touch!

I love my experience here accenting my first time being in Boulder CO. Such a beautiful town with exceptional bars. Sat myself at the bar at Gemini and asked the bartender for a scofflaw, my favorite drink, and he didn't know what it was. I showed him how to make one and the one he made was one of the best I've tried so far. I tried one of their tapas, the bacon wrapped dates with whipped goat cheese. It was heavenly albeit being too sweet for my taste. I blamed the natural sugar in the dates. Overall, Gemini is a must-visit when you walk the mall of Pearl Street, Boulder CO.

Forgive the poor quality photos; I was trying to be respectful of my fellow diners. We came in for a Valentine’s lunch and left extremely disappointed. But, the positives(?) first: The interior was very well lit and welcoming. The meatballs were the star of the show; cooked perfectly, seasoned almost spot-on, and paired with pretty decent sourdough. Although two pieces of sourdough for four meatballs seems like a plot to charge for more bread, which they absolutely did. Also, the two drinks that we chose were great, albeit pricey. The patatas bravas were decent, but fried potatoes with a zesty sauce for $9…just get Five Guys fries with Canes sauce and it will be more worthwhile. The Tershi dip was also middle-of-the-road and a tad one-note. Where it went completely downhill: I opted for the Spanish Trio sandwich, while the pregnant wife went for the Kale Salad w/ salmon. When my sandwich first arrived, I noticed that the bread looked burnt (photo does it no justice), but I thought that maybe it was well-caramelized…nope. The sandwich tasted of NOTHING but burnt, tough bread, with a side of overcooked and greasy potatoes (again, photo does it no justice). After a refire, the sandwich shockingly came out just as burnt, but the potatoes were great. Unfortunately my appetite was completely gone after the two single bites from each of the sandwiches. The wife’s kale salad was another shock. Completely unseasoned salmon, not-even-close to ripe Asian pears, massive pieces of uncut kale, and an extremely bland vinaigrette. Ladies and gentlemen, a $25 salad… And to boot, my duct-taped seat left a lil residue for later. Our server (Amanda, I believe) was very sweet and attentive, along with the maître d', who graciously took the sandwich off of the bill. I wouldn’t normally leave such an in-depth review, but the lack of care that seemed to emanate from the kitchen really irked me, although I would come back solely for the meatballs. Hopefully it was just a REALLY off-day for the restaurant, and hope to give it another chance in the future. We did not stay for dessert.
