I can’t say enough good things about Rachel and Centered City Yoga. I completed both my 200-hour teacher training in 2021 and my 300-hour training at the end of 2024 under Rachel’s guidance, and I’m so grateful I did. Rachel is a kind-hearted, patient teacher who truly meets each student where they are—physically, mentally, and spiritually. She teaches from the heart, and you can feel that in every class and training session. Her programs are deeply rooted in classic yogic texts like the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and pranayama practices, along with strong emphasis on yoga anatomy. I’ve grown so much through her trainings—not just as a yoga teacher, but as a person and a yogi. If you’re looking to dive deeper into yoga and want a solid foundation from someone who genuinely cares, I highly recommend her teacher training programs. —Scott H.

Great quality instruction, rarely overcrowded, and there’s a wide variety of classes. I love the more spiritual leaning of the studio too instead of the group fitness vibe. I’ve learned a lot being new at yoga and I’ve always felt very welcome here. I look forward to my next class - they’re so worth it!

I’ve been coming there now for four month and me and my children really love it ! The space, atmosphere, kindness of the teachers and all people working there is amazing ! And we love our favorite teacher Dominique Watts. They have more classes and teachers to explore but she brings all together that I wish for in a good yoga teacher. Plus I absolutely love her choice of music !

Day 2 for my guided yogi journey with Don on this Sunday morning as part of my mother’s day celebration. 💐 Love the energy, spirit on top of Don‘ clear instructions of the flow and soft music. Look forward to some positive changes after a month of intro student membership. Location is within mins of driving. Classrooms are clean and with good air circulation. Definitely much better experience than I was trying to achiever at home on the mat alone. 🧘🏻‍♀️
