I had higher hopes. But this place didn’t meet the basic needs of someone with disabilities. I was assisting someone close to me who’d recently had a stroke. She was partially paralyzed and could barely move herself with one hand. And yet, the staff asked if she could climb into a bunk bed. That moment annoyed something in me. People in positions to help the vulnerable need to think logically and humanely. Instead, this felt more like a rehab facility than a general shelter cold, clinical, and out of touch. There was little regard for accessibility, for dignity, for the real-life needs of the people seeking help. It made me realize how much better we can and should do. And how far we still have to go. Oh, and no other resources were offered afterward. Good luck to all who seek assistance here.

It was nice revisiting The Humble place where I began back in 1992 when I first arrived it's really grown and it was a pleasure serving meals to those that needed them the other day with Mr Outlaw and his daughters it was a fantastic experience to give back

This place is evil and the people who run and work here encourage behaviors that are intimating. I called 211 after finding myself homeless and was directed to this place. I took a bus to CASS, but arrived after the intake time and was told that I had to wait outside for the night until 8am. I when out into the street where a person offered me a spot on a blanket to sit. I started talking with that person, about my situation and my spirituality. People were listening in and I unknowingly started to make their demons manifest and they began to start circling the area I was sitting at. When 8am came I made my way inside the building scared for my life. I told the workers what I was experiencing and they did not care, nor offer any help. They began to participate in the harassment and spiritual attacks. CASS is a place were EVIL gathers and DARKNESS prospers!! BEWARE AND DO NOT TRUST ANYONE, EVEN THOSE WHO ARE MEANT TO HELP!! YOU WILL ONLY BE WELCOMED IF YOU ARE EVIL TOO!! These people kept giving me wrong information so that I had to walk back and forth on this campus, pulling my heavy belongings behind me. I finally had to call for assistance from the police to get me out of there because the demons in these people were gnashing and grinding there teeth at me!! Seriously the Bible is Truth and it is happening here on this earth realm. The police mocked me and told me to just start walking, which I did. It was sureal, but I now know what it was and am divinely protected that is why they could not kill me. This place is evil is basically my point. Look at the other reviews and how nasty and filthy this place is. Those are the kinds of environments are where demons thrive in!! Yuck!!!

Celina suddenly got a major attitude because I informed her they were out of toilet paper. And if you interrupt her while she's on her phone to ask for toilet paper, you get to use them nasty bathrooms 😠

They offer basic necessities for life. The staff were a mixed group of people. Some pleasant and others not so much. The screening process is a little bit extra. Many times I asked a question about something and the staff weren't knowable about basic campus. Once the staff recognized me they chilled out some. Less bull dog and more human. I am thankful for CASS.
