Do not order from them! I was excited to support this business. I guess I should have read more reviews first. They sent my cones but none of the clay or glazes I ordered. I emailed and they said they must have misplaced my order and would get it sent asap. I still haven’t received my order and haven’t heard anything back from them and it looks like they have done the same thing to several others. I was sooo excited about my clay and glazes, they could have had a new loyal customer. Instead I’m out about $80 with no clay to create with. ☹️

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at ceramic supply USA. We did a beginner class and it was super fun. The teacher was friendly and helped us even though we messed up many times. The class size was small so he was able to help each of us individually. I had so much fun ! It was affordable and a great thing to do for date night! We will definitely be returning again with friends!

Yikes. This place is a disaster. I have fired my pots in batches here over the last 10 months, and have had so many issues, I don’t even know where to start. At first, it was fine - a fair firing price, and good quality glazes. Then, they doubled their pricing, and increased the thickness of the glazes x2. This made all of the glaze run and ruined MULTIPLE kilns worth of stuff. I know this because I heard it directly from the person who was loading their kilns at the time. Overnight they went from everything firing normally to absolutely ruining everyone’s pottery. Not only that, but the place is not well-kept at all. The floors and walls are consistently filthy and I found myself cleaning more than the messes I made every time I was there. I put up with it because I had no other options, but as more and more studios are opening, this isn’t the only place to go anymore. Aside from their filthy studio, flip-flopping of pricing and policies, and extremely inconsistent firing quality, they also lied to me several times about how long it would take to fire my work. On two separate occasions, I gave a specific date between 3-4 weeks in the future, with only ONE firing needing to be done to accomplish what I needed. They promised each time, yes the pots would be done within those 3-4 weeks. Both times they failed to meet that deadline. The first time, I came in two days before I needed my pots and they rushed to fire them same day, which resulted in most of the glazes bubbling and blistering, ruining most of them. The second time, I came back week after week, checking on my work. Finally after 5 weeks I was like, what is going on??? Why is my stuff missing? And they finally admitted that a whole kiln of stuff got ruined. THEN they proceeded to blame it on me, saying I must have used low fire clay that melted. I’ve fired over 100 pots here with the same clay and never had my clay “melt” like they claimed my clay did. After confirming my work (a tray and a half’s worth) was ruined/missing, they tried to offer me a bag of CLAY instead of a refund. Then they tried to offer me credit to come back. Why would I ever come back???? So many of my things have been ruined here, because you all are rushing to fire things and carrying pots across a busted parking lot to another building to fire. They could have at least given their patrons a heads up that they were remodeling and would take longer. But instead they took my money and my pots and lied about the timing and then shrugged when all my stuff got ruined. I know that their business got busier in the last year and that’s why they’re trying to capitalize, but they’re going to continue to lose customers like me who have spent hundreds of dollars on firing fees. I lost the largest bowl I’ve ever made. I’m devastated and I’m never coming back.

Horrible job firing, they melted all my pieces and refused to refund my money. The lady that helped us kept putting us off and didn't want to show us how the pieces turned out. The pieces had not been sitting in a garage as my mother has no garage, there was no mention of this, why would state this, and no refund was offered. I have witnesses to prove this. Please leave me alone and delete my #
