I stayed at this hotel during my last trip with my mom to New york in February. The location, the staff, and even the condition of the room itself was truly amazing. The hotel is close to the subway, and even walking distances to the most of the major stuff. We had stayed here for two weeks, and every time we met Keith, he was just such a kind person and trying to help us with the biggest smile! Thank you, Keith! If I'm visiting NYC again with my family, I definitely will again go with this one for sure.

The staff are so kind. Great location. The amenities are amazing. The late check out is a fair price. The free luggage storage service is great. My only complaint is that the bathroom doors don’t close

✅ Nice and clean! Nice view from the room. Spacious. Perfect location. Booking was very easy. Love the website, photos on there and the app- very upscale experience vs when booking hotels with very outdated websites. ❌few tiny things that I wasn’t happy with is that the water station was always empty, couldn’t get water on site had to leave the building. Also the fridge was barely cold- useless basically. There were complimentary tea packets but no kettle to actually make it.
