Chair Republic: A Sweet Treat Tradition! Chair Republic has become a must-stop for us whenever my father-in-law comes to town, and that's all thanks to their incredible chocolate-covered cherries! He absolutely loves them, and we always make sure to pick up a bag (or two!). While their treats might be a bit on the pricier side, you can definitely taste the quality, and it's important to us to support nice local businesses right here in Michigan. If you love cherries then I recommend this place. I heard about this place on YouTube. When I found out there was a store in Ann Arbor I made plans to take that drive from Detroit. They had everything from cherry juice to cherry BBQ sauce. They had all types of candy, tea, cookies, coffee, salsa, wine, mustard even salad dressing. I had to control myself and just leave with 4 items. I easily could have left with 10 but I didn’t. I can’t wait to go back.
