I was so blown away by this place! We went for an Easter brunch and it was my first time going. The atmosphere, decor, service, and food were all top-tier! The Easter brunch deal was amazing as it was only $55 per person to include an entree and as much as you could eat of the Easter treats up front. All of the food was absolutely amazing and had a true French quality. Nothing was overdressed, overly sweet, and the presentation was perfect. Amazing service, and the manager even stopped to check on how things were going several times. To top it all, they brought us complimentary champagne at the end! Such a great spot

I had quite a few breakfast/brunches and dinners here during my stay at the hotel. The service was always consistently pretty great and food came out in a timely manner. All the dishes I had were cooked well, and I generally enjoyed all of them. - The croque madame was one of the better breakfast options, the bread was nice and crisp and it wasn’t overly salty, with a great balance of ham to bread to cheese. - The parfait was lightly sweetened with honey, a little lighter on the yogurt compared to granola and fruit. - The steak was tender and cooked well, the fries nice and crisp. - The seasonal fruit plate had a great variety of fresh fruit. - The pancakes suzette was light and fluffy, with a hint of a citrusy syrup on top. - The fried chicken sandwich had a large piece of chicken that was lightly breaded and fried well, but was a little bland. - The crab toast was fantastic, filled with lots of crab and the bread was light and fluffy on the inside with a crisp exterior. It’s lightly seasoned so you can still taste the crab with the flavors. - The trout almondine is the signature dish, it was cooked well with a nice crispy skin, lots of flavor and tons of almonds. There was a bit more oil in the plate than I would prefer, but overall it was seasoned well and not too salty. - The calamari was fried perfectly as well, but the pieces were a little on the small side. - The tagliatelle was cooked al dente and no complaints on the bolognese sauce.

We had such a lovely time at Chez Maggy. The service & staff were excellent and the restaurant has a nice aesthetic. We ordered the Caesar salad, the Chez Maggy Burger, and the Bolognese and all of it was delicious. We’d heard good things about the burger but it went beyond expectations. Never had anything like it before and would absolutely come back just for that. The fries were delicious as well! Highly recommend Chez Maggy.

Another 5-star meal in Denver, this time for brunch! We absolutely loved this place. We walked in at 9:30 a.m. on a Sunday without a reservation and were seated immediately. You must start with the French Pastries Basket. It comes with a croissant, brioche, and three madeleines. Everything was incredibly tasty. We couldn’t pick a favorite! The only thing missing was a dollop of fresh whipped butter, which would have taken it to the next level. For our mains, we ordered the Croque Madame, Chez Maggy Benedict with ham, and a Caesar salad with medium-rare steak. The egg open-face sandwiches were generous. Just look at that toast in the photo! The salad could have used a few more croutons and a dash of fresh cracked pepper, but it was still a solid pick. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Denver. If brunch was this delicious, we can’t wait to try dinner!

Love the new terrace that gives this French restaurant an appropriate European feel. The steak au poivre is a MUST. Though pepper can often be a lot, the balance on this sauce with the texture of the steak was out of this world. Order the crab cake toast for a very unique appetizer that goes hard on the crab. Also loved the cocktails, clean and well-made.
