Everything was great! Brennon helped us and he was amazing! I ordered a drink that was rather on the stronger side and he was able to change it to something definitely way better! I think the mashed potatoes needed a bit more flavor but other than that everything was great! We had the frog legs the Beef and the baked brie! Me and my sister especially liked the baked brie! The plates are fairly portioned Me and my sister shared plates and we ended satisfied!

We went here for a date night. Very cute. Scale wise I thought it would be a bigger space but it's still very cute and the staff was amazing about going through the menu with us. There was no wait on a Tuesday night. I would say for the status and pricing of the menu, the food didn't seem as fresh as expected. Great deep flavors as expected for sauces but nothing really stood out as a true quality dish (onion soup, frog legs, mushrooms, beef, venison and pomme all felt like very simple execution that left a little more of a desire for surprise or quality in freshness. Not to say there was anything bad about the food if you've never had these dishes before but if you have I would expect a step up from something you might make at home. Maybe just a bad day as I see a lot of really great reviews otherwise.

Overpriced for the proportions we received. Also, the food was just fine. I was hoping for the price that the food would be out of this world or larger proportions. The French onion soup was amazing. $14 for a single serving seems excessive though. The baked brie was OK, but for $22 I would hope for a fresh loaf of sourdough with it instead of hard crackers. Lastly, the beef bourguignon is priced at $48 and came with 4 small pieces of meat. The meat was also fatty and flavorless. Lastly, the waiter named Michael with the glasses was cold and uncaring. He dropped off the brie and when we walked away immediately without telling us what the dips were, we had to call him back over to ask in which his quick reply was “jam, almonds, butter”. No eye contact and walking the line of rudeness. Would not go back.

Love the vibe especially the bathroom is very unique! We arrived at 530 and was seated quickly no waiting on a Friday afternoon. Food was just ok, the French onion soup was so salty, the chicken is mid and I wanted to order the rabbit but is not available 😭😭😭. The escargot is good and I love the fennel salad. The frog legs was good too. I can’t say anything about wines or alcohol because I don’t drink.

Cute little French restaurant. Hubby and I met our friends for a double date. Snafu with some guy claiming our table…long story, but the gal made it with some free drinks. Food was not bad. If you love mushrooms like I do, definitely order the Maitake dish! Not feeling adventurous? Order the Half Chicken. Actually, it does not matter how you’re feeling, just order it! Everything else we tried was fine. The waiter forgot my escargot order. I can’t go to French restaurant and not order escargot. Having a great time with friends, I forgot too! LOL PS. They don’t take reservations. Get there when they open to put your name in the list and go to a nearby bar for drinks.
