We love everything about this soccer club! We have been welcomed so nicely by everyone since day one. The entire staff is magnificent! I really appreciate how much they communicate with all of us on a weekly newsletter so that we stay up to date With what’s going on as a whole. We joined City about 10 months ago. It is our first club soccer experience. We chose City over 2 other local options and are very happy that we did. In those 10 months, my son has developed his soccer skills, deepened his love for "the beautiful game", and made some very close friendships. The club offers tons of opportunities to participate, safe and structured instruction, and clear, helpful communication in a prompt manner. My family and I are new to sports, in terms of our children actively participating: We couldn’t be happier with The Chicago City Soccer Club! Our son who is 14 just started learning how to play soccer last August 2023, and after a few months, he has grown his skill and is almost on par with his teammates. Our goal was for him to learn how to play, and he is achieving that. He loves the sport! My son eats, breathes, and dreams soccer. He has learned discipline and team comradery. He used to be a screen kid, but not anymore! The coaches are amazing. We started with Coach Omar and had Coach Pedja and others for the winter league. All of the coaches are amazing teachers! What is more, they answer parental questions and communicate clearly and regularly. You won’t get any better instruction in another sporting program. At first, I complained about the cost of the club as we are a single-income household, but now, I have my son enrolled for an extra practice on Fridays. I pay all the tournament fees my son wants to play. In short, the club is worth every penny, every minute of our busy lives. (I would enroll my younger daughter if she loved the sport.) If you are considering putting your child in a high-quality organization with great parents and team spirit, this is your jam!

I am very impressed with the Chicago City Soccer Club. Our son started his soccer journey with AYSO, another great organization, but as he developed his skills, he wanted to join a more competitive club. I love a volunteer-led organization because it builds community, but it was nice to see that many coaches work for CCSC. You can feel their dedication and passion. While winning is important (and they do win), I love the emphasis that CCSC has on player development, community, mental health, integrity and having fun. I also like that regardless of what level you were placed in while trying out, coaches are constantly assessing the skills of players and talking with one another to ensure a fit. The coaches are communicative, great with the kiddos and really make the experience enjoyable for parents. Thanks Chicago City!

City is a wonderful soccer club. Our coach is beyond outstanding- a true teacher who brings tremendous heart, skill, and strategy to our team. I also love the organization as a whole. Everyone communicates such care and excellence- it is a very well run club from top to bottom. We have a child in a different club and the comparison is clear- City does a much better job building up players and creating a vibrant community among players and families.
