I’ve noticed that my sandwiches here have not been as great. The chicken was super thin and my large fries weren’t even filled up all the way. Went to this location during lunch. This location had four lanes of customers for ordering. Which makes scense , I guess, since I have never seen a chick fila not busy during lunch. Overall not bad for the lunch rush. Customer service was great. Order was on point .

I stopped ordering from this location for about a year before I finally caved in and started ordering again and yes, I always regret it. This location is very slow and is not up to the standard I thought CFA was. Expect delivery to take an hour longer than originally quoted. Expect no sauce so you get to eat $40 worth of bland chicken with no sauce. I hate to say it but this location is overpriced garbage. Staples is so much better but just a bit too far from me. Although this is on the "nice" side of town, expect less than quality from this location. Your staffing issues are not my problem and should not be made to be my problem. Either fix times on your app or hire more people to get the job done in a timely manner. Y'all really need to get it together.
